Dear friends in Jesus Christ and partners in God’s ministry,
Warm greetings in the name of our holy Redeemer, Jesus Christ. I hope you are well. It has been a while since you heard from us. Well, here we are. As I often say, it is a joy to share ministry news with you. As Christmas approaches, I wish you a Merry Christmas. Let us continue to carry the name of Jesus to the ends of the earth and reflect His love to those who need it most. Here at LaCroix, we are deeply grateful for all that we accomplish as part of the New Testament Mission, thanks to your support. I thank God every day for you, friends, prayer partners, and donors. Honestly, without you, none of this would be possible. We have accomplished so much together, and we are infinitely grateful to you. To God alone be the glory!
I want to start by thanking all my friends in Indiana. I spent two wonderful weeks there and truly appreciate Bob and his wife, Jane Wakeland, for taking care of all the planning and arrangements. I’m also grateful for the prayers and for the pastors and church leaders I had the chance to meet with. I believe our work together for the Gospel of Christ will continue.
SPECIAL PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN THAT INCLUDES SPONSORSHIP
All through November, we ran a special program for our sponsored children filled with fun activities, but our main goal stayed the same: winning their hearts for Jesus. Before each activity, we took time for them to hear God’s Word and learn how to pray. Last week, a big group came from various villages, kids, teens, and young people alike. During a powerful moment of prayer and dedication, twenty of them stepped forward to accept Jesus as their personal Savior. Even though their parents aren’t believers yet, they listened to the Word and chose to give their hearts to Him. We’re so thankful to God for these precious children.
PRESCHOOLERS ARE ALWAYS FULL OF ENERGY EVERY FRIDAY.
The preschoolers are at the park enjoying their final days of the week. Teachers always include activities that keep the little ones engaged and entertained. On Fridays, kids are full of energy, even though it’s the end of the week when you’d expect them to be tired. Whether it’s dancing, singing programs, or playing games in the park, the children are happy and actively take part. While the older kids or teenagers are involved in activities like chapel, the preschoolers enjoy their own special programs.
SPECIAL CHRISTMAS PROGRAM FOR PRESCHOOL CHILDREN
The Christmas season arrived at LaCroix Mission Nouveau Testament, and as usual, it was a hot week at the school. The preschoolers, accompanied by their teachers, dressed up smartly and, under the watchful eyes of proud parents, put on a wonderful show of dancing, singing, and poetry recitation, capturing the true meaning of Christmas. All children from the three preschool sections were very happy to show their talents, confident, and at ease. The teachers did an excellent job, and the children delivered their programs wonderfully, leaving their parents delighted. We celebrate God the Father’s love, who sent His only Son, Jesus, to be among us. What greater gift could there be? Everyone enjoyed the joyful atmosphere, and after the performance, the children received gifts, shared a delicious meal, and sipped cola together to wrap up the joyful day.
