Three years ago, there was a second group of ladies who were trained to become dressmakers. When you question them and ask if it was easy during these three years? They will tell you that it was not easy at all. One of the things that makes the technical school worthwhile is order and discipline. It’s one of the things that make them say it was not easy.

It must also be said that this class had nearly thirty people registered, but was reduced to twelve. Some people have closed their files for the next session.

These graduates will also find work during summer vacations in the mission. They’re the ones who’ll be making the schoolchildren’s uniforms. It’s a great privilege for everyone in this class.

The graduation ceremony is scheduled in December Lord willing. Next year these graduates as well as the former graduates are going to take a test by the board of education for vocational schools.

On behalf of everyone in this class, I’d like to thank all the friends, supporters and donors of LaCroix New Testament Mission for all you do, despite the wind and tide, you stand by us so we can help these women. And they can earn money, thanks to your diligence. Thank you very much! Because they have no money to learn a trade in the country. God bless you!
