Sing to the Lord a new song; sing to the Lord, all the earth. Sing to the Lord, praise his name; proclaim his salvation day after day. Declare his glory among the nations, his marvelous deeds among all peoples. For great is the Lord and most worthy of praise; he is to be feared above all gods.” (Psalm 96:1-4)
FRIENDS:
Greetings!
I am so glad to come this morning with the news that you all expected to hear. You know PP always has good news for you.
PP what’s the news?
PP just returned from Haiti last night. He went on the first of December . He went to give it a try with the approval of his Doctor and that of his wife.
I did not announce it because I was not sure I would be able to go due to the unrest in the country. Anyway I made it ok though I was completely strange. My very first trip in twenty-five months. After I made my trip to Pittsburgh last September and every thing went well, I said I will be able to go to Haiti as well for God is good. I did.
I was accompanied by Pastor David Morgan and Friends of Haiti in the persons of the President, Denise Douglas and Alex Franco the beloved son of Ralph & Donna Franco. I see why her mother sent him. He helped carry my carry on as I go up and down stairs.  On top of that he bought my lunch at the airport. We had a fun time. Thank you Ralph and Donna. Thank you Alex for being such a gentleman. This is Alex third trip to Lacroix.
Alex was about 13 and his sister Becca about 9 when they have started to work to help raise funds for the Lacroix Mission. The Mosites (Dale & Kelli Short) was organizing a Fundraising dinner for Lacroix with the collaboration of Friends of Haiti. These kids were very active serving and helping people who came to the dinner. The saying is true ” The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.” Donna their mother is the treasurer of Friends of Haiti.
I thank the Lord for allowing me to have a great stay. At the airport when I arrived my friends there welcomed me back warmly. In Lacroix when I arrived it was unbelievable. All the Pastors and Leaders, including Dan and Madel Beck were waiting to welcome me warmly singing praise to the Lord for sending me back to Lacroix. I could not believe the change of the compound. My wife has done such a good job. I think I am going to ask her to marry me again.
On Sunday morning, they had a great celebration service. My friend Pastor Delamy left his assembly to come celebrate with the church for my presence. Him and several other Pastors of his district have visited me in Florida several times. To God be the glory!
A lot of people, Christians and non-Christians, have come to see me right after church. On Sunday afternoon I had more visits. Thanks be to God.
I have never known if the people there loved me that much. I thank the Lord.
About 50 people from Lacoupe come to visit me and prayed with me. They walked about two hours one way. People from Foucardes came. People from Paul there were about 12 came to visit me among them were some of the authorities . They all expressed their satisfaction and gratitude for the work done in their community including the medical clinic that Doctor Dan and Linda Lattanzi built. They encouraged me to continue to live.
People from Perisse and Decouvert came to pray with me.
Every thing went well. I felt great with  no discomfort. Thanks be to God!
My doctor is going to be pleased with me when he sees me on Wednesday this week.
TO GOD BE THE GLORY!
On Wednesday evening the Mission with the help of Friends of Haiti hosted the Zaryen club with Cedieu the President. It is a group of handicaps, victims either from the earthquake in 2010, or accident. It is amazing to see them playing soccer . The goal of their visit was to motivate our young people in Lacroix. We wanted them to see if people with one leg and one arm or with out arms survive how much more will they.
We had a meeting with Dan and Madel and the committee of the technical school. I thank the Lord for Dan and Madel. What a blessing they are to the Ministry. To God be the glory!
Here is a note from my daughter Vanessa in Uganda:
“The count is down, folks. To fourteen days! Fourteen days to say goodbye to these and other people I’ve been blessed enough to know. And fourteen days to say hello to the people I have been missing all  year.”

Thank you again for all that you are doing for Lacroix. I could not do it with your prayer and financial support. Please continue to pray for me and for the ministry.
